Return Policy

Returns for store credit only. To start a return, you must contact us at curvaceouships@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Curvaceous Hips & More reserves the right to deny a return. Store credit will be issued via email within 48 hours of receiving the item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Final sale items can not be returned for store credit. This would include clearance items, sale items, bralettes, jewelry, shoes, and accessories. The packing slip will be stamped final sale.


Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are based on supply. If the item is not available a store credit will be given for a future purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the item and the cost of the new item.

Store credit will be given just for the cost of the item, not the shipping cost or tax.

Store credit must be used in 30 days of receiving it or it will be void.
